About the role
- The Director, Business Operations is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached within timeframe and budget.
- The Business Operations Director identifies risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Sensata considers several factors when extending an offer, including, but not limited to, a candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations.
Responsibilities
- Drive alignment across all of the functions executing work within the region to achieve the regional goals
- Develop and deploy MOS to enable effective execution across the various functions
- Develop standard processes to enable efficiency and eliminate barriers
- Identify issues within the region proactively and drive resolution of issues (via big rock initiatives etc.)
- Create bandwidth for the VP-GMs to focus on highest priority needs within the region
- Manages communication between regional and global focused activities to avoid silo creation
- Develop and own balance of HVOR vs Auto regional strategies to achieve goals
- Own regional RASCI
- Drive monthly review
Requirements
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Compensation
- $197,360.00 - $271,370.00
- We recognize that each individual brings their own unique experience, therefore the base salary range information shown above is a general guideline only.
