About the role
- The position will work under the Park's Interpretation program, but also in collaboration with Cultural Resources.
- Likely Entry On Duty: October 2026 Open to the first 30 applicants.
- Credit will be given for all appropriate qualifying experience.
Responsibilities
- This position provides Historian support to the park by researching, writing, and educating about historical resources of the park.

- AND -- To qualify for this position at the GS-7 grade level, you must also possess one of the following. minimum qualifications: 1.
- Have at least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-05 level in the federal government (obtained in either the public or private sectors).
- Examples of specialized experience include:
- The total must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.
