About the role

  • Payment Integrity is one of the hottest, highest-stakes problems in healthcare-and you'll be at the center of how Abacus solves it.
  • We're looking for a dynamic Analytics Manager who can turn dense, messy healthcare data into the kind of story that makes a prospect lean forward in a room.
  • This isn't a back-office analytics seat: you'll be in front of clients, on stage in demos, and in the room when pricing and go-to-market decisions get made.

Responsibilities

  • It's a chance to build something from the ground up in a high-growth, VC-backed company, alongside a close-knit, collaborative team that moves fast, values your voice, and genuinely likes working together.
  • Dig into the sales pipeline to forecast revenue and spot market opportunities, and build the executive-ready dashboards and KPIs that keep leadership and the sales org aligned.
  • Own the analytics behind deal margins-building the revenue and cost models that keep our growth healthy.

Requirements

  • NOTE: Payment Integrity experience is required.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI.

Compensation

  • Compensation for this role is based on experience, skills, and location, and includes base salary plus eligibility for performance bonuses and equity grants.
