About the role

This role integrates production efficiency with rigorous quality control, maintaining proper inventory levels, confirming the integrity of raw materials and finished goods, and supporting continuous improvement.
Role and Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient liquid fill, powder fill, labeling, and assembly processes that adhere to quality standards.
Blend finished products according to batch sheets while maintaining full lot traceability and quality records.

Inspect and verify raw materials upon receipt to ensure they meet specifications; store and manage appropriately for use in production.
Maintain equipment calibration and monitor performance; arrange repairs and perform minor maintenance to reduce downtime.
Supervise, schedule, and develop production staff, providing coaching, conducting performance reviews, and supporting HR-related actions as necessary.
Lead continuous improvement efforts across production and quality, optimizing workflow, equipment utilization, and team performance.

Proficiency with basic computer tools for inventory management, quality databases, and communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve production or quality issues.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
