Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 2-3+ years of leadership experience managing engineers, quality teams, or major quality programs.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and core quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, Fishbone, DOE, MSA, etc.).
- Experience with Kaizen, CAPA methodologies, and statistical problem-solving.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems/software.
- Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle customer complaints under pressure, and drive decisive action.
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000.00 - $170,000.00 + 20% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
