Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including air handling units (AHUs), filters, belts, motors, and exhaust systems, following established procedures and schedules.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment, machinery, and utility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities, including evaluating, modifying, and developing maintenance procedures to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Support Facilities Group activities, including planned shutdowns, capital projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and use of our Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) and team collaborations.

The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
Assist in monitoring HVAC system performance through the Building Automation System (BAS), identifying alarms or abnormal operating conditions and escalating issues to senior technicians or supervisors as required.
Accurately document maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair activities in Maximo and other required systems in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
