About the role

  • The purpose of this position is to provide accounting and financial planning and analysis support to the Fresh Meats (Beef and Pork) group. This includes generating reports and analyzing/summarizing data to provide insights, assisting with forecasts and financial documents, identifying drivers in budget to actual variances, working as a liaison between
  • corporate and plant contacts and other duties to partner with the business. We are looking for individuals who are detail oriented, well organized, comfortable multi-tasking, focused on continuous improvement and automation, and have strong analytical/problem solving skills. This position is a great opportunity to get in the door at a fortune 100 company

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with key management leadership at all levels.
  • The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Finance or Accounting preferred.
