About the role
- VusionGroup is a fast-growing, fast-paced retail tech company.
- This role is critical in shaping and optimizing our reverse logistics strategy, ensuring efficient processing of returns, and identifying returned products that can be refurbished or repaired while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Certifications - APICS Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD). - Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. - Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). - Project Management Professional (PMP).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in services management, reverse logistics, supply chain operations, or warehouse management.
- Proven track record of managing return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes or similar return operations.
- Experience implementing or optimizing reverse logistics workflows, including repair, refurbishment, and recycling.
Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Abilities:
- Familiarity with ERP and warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan).
- Familiarity with ISO standards or quality management systems (QMS).
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Certifications

- Position involves occasional travel up to 25%
