Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle - outreach, discovery, proposal, follow-up, close, and managing the ongoing relationship with the client.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with consistent follow-through.
  • This is not a lead-gen role - it's a sales role.
  • It's also the framework we use when making decisions and it showcases why our clients and partners want to work with us.

  • We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow our relationships with gym chains and fitness franchise organizations.
  • You'll prospect, build relationships, and close deals that bring entire organizations onto the Gym Launch platform - 20 doors here, 50 doors there.
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of gym chains and franchise organizations (focus: 10-100 location groups).
