About the role
- We're seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing urology practice serving patients throughout the Phoenix and West Valley.
- This position is ideal for providers who enjoy variety, procedural medicine, and working closely with physicians in a specialty practice.
- Comprehensive mentorship and procedural training are available for motivated providers interested in specializing in urology.
Responsibilities
- This unique role combines outpatient clinic care with hospital-based experience, giving you the opportunity to expand your clinical knowledge, develop procedural skills, and work alongside experienced urologists in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Whether you're an experienced APP or a new graduate eager to specialize, you'll receive mentorship, procedural training, and the support needed to succeed.
- You'll evaluate patients, assist with procedures, perform hospital rounds, manage common urologic conditions, and help coordinate care throughout the patient journey.
Requirements
- You'll work alongside experienced physicians, receive hands-on procedural training, and gain valuable experience in both outpatient and inpatient urology.
- NP/PA Program Graduated in USA (Not Puerto Rico) Active or eligible Arizona NP or PA license DEA license or ability to obtain
Compensation
