About the role
- As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser, you'll grow Mattel's presence at major retailers, working up to 30 hours per week (with extra hours during the exciting holiday season).
- Brand ambassador of Mattel/FP Brands and products
- Secure prime product placements for Mattel's iconic brands
Responsibilities
- We create innovative products and experiences that inspire fans, entertain audiences and develop children through play.
- We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with store teams
- Develop strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- occasional required weekends
Nice to have
- Merchandising experience (preferred, but not required)
- High school diploma or GED, some college preferred
Skills
- Operate power tools (screwdriver & drill)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Eagerness to learn new skills with a safety-first mentality
Compensation
- The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
