  • Western Home Communities and Thrivera atHome is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA) to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other tasks to help maintain their independence at home.
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance to help clients feel safe and valued.
  • Use your own reliable vehicle to get to clients' homes in Black Hawk, Grundy, Bremer, Butler, and Buchanan counties-and help them get where they need to go, like doctor's appointments, grocery runs, and other errands that help them stay independent.
  • In this fulfilling role, you will provide in-home care for clients, helping them maintain their independence while receiving the support they need to thrive in their own homes.

Requirements

  • (Required) Must have a valid Driver's License
  • (Required) You must have a reliable vehicle and active vehicle insurance, as you will be responsible for travel to the client's home
  • (Required) Must be certified by the State of Iowa as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
