About the role
- This role combines product management, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on 0-to-1 product development, AI-enabled solutions, enterprise data platforms, and cross-functional program execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery, 0-to-1 ideation, prototyping, and validation activities.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver data and AI-driven solutions.
- Drive project planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with business, engineering, and data teams to prioritize and deliver product features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 10 years of experience in Product Management, IT Project Management, Program Management, or Data Product Delivery.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology and data initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
- The ideal candidate will have experience driving data product strategy, managing complex IT projects, leading discovery and prototyping efforts, and delivering scalable solutions that generate measurable business value.
