Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Controls Engineering from an accredited university
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant technical level experience
  • Familiarity with controls power distribution and networking technology
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.

  • Design, develop, and document electrical control cabinets-ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
  • Integrate Siemens PLCs into control cabinet designs.
  • Develop and manage electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and commissioning teams from concept to installation.
  • Responsible for electrical component selection and supporting lifecycle management activities.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and HMH quality guidelines.
  • Participate in FAT/SAT, testing, and customer acceptance as needed.
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continual improvement initiatives.

  • The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the detailed design of PLC-based control systems, power electronics design, simulation, and analysis of electromagnetic components.
