About the role

  • This role is hybrid with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

  • The BESS Electrical Estimator is primarily responsible for preparing electrical estimates for battery energy storage systems (BESS), with secondary support for photovoltaic (PV) solar estimates.
  • After a successful bid, support project turnover by reviewing the estimate, scope, quotes, and key considerations with the project team.
  • Prepare scope letter inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications that support estimate values.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Accubid.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Complete client-required documents on time.

Compensation

  • $106,705.00 - $132,131.00
  • Pay Rate Type:
