You will work with hardware and software, mechanical systems, fluid systems and electrical systems.
Size and select valves, regulators, load cells and actuators. - Integrate and operate critical test instrumentation.

Own the environmental test lab: procure, setup, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot vibration tables, thermal chambers, and thermal vacuum chambers.
Design and procure test fixturing, manage sound solutions, train operators, and drive continuous process improvements.
Build, operate, and troubleshoot complex fluid systems for test applications. Size and select valves, regulators, load cells and actuators.
Design hardware systems in CAD.
Write test procedures and perform hazard and test data analysis.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or similar.
Deep experience testing and operating complex fluid systems.
Proven hands-on experience selecting, configuring, and troubleshooting test instrumentation (thermocouples, strain gauges, load cells, pressure transducers and accelerometers).
You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly.
8+ years experience in a design and test environment.
Exceptional command of engineering fundamentals.
Deep experience testing and operating complex fluid systems. Strong background in component selection for test stands (pumps, valves, seals).
Passion for building something with high quality, a positive and humble attitude, and a willingness to take ownership of large and small tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Willing to work onsite in Kent, WA.

Target Levels:
Level 3 Range: $129,150 - $193,620
Level 4 Range: $151,305 - $252,105
