Responsibilities

  • The Executive Assistant will support two executives and support founder meeting scheduling for the Venture and Games partners.
  • Build and cultivate long-term relationships
  • Support partnership meetings, including creating internal and external pitch meeting invites, securing conference rooms, and coordinating with IT ahead of in-person meetings.
  • Oversee small offsites and curated dinners including venue identification, catering, program materials and gifts. Support team operations as needed, including managing the swag process and assisting with offsite logistics.
  • Manage team lunches for the extended team on in-office days, including taking individual orders, delivering to desks, and flexibly accommodating varying headcounts.
  • Continuously improve administrative processes, anticipating needs, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall executive support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of high level experience supporting multiple senior level executives.
  • high degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Advanced proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, as well as key applications such as Zoom and AI tools.

Compensation

  • The anticipated salary range for this role is between $149,000 - $165,000, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
