Responsibilities
- Analyze performance across paid social campaigns, spanning multiple brands, partners and platforms.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting frameworks that consolidate paid media performance data.
- Deliver performance analysis and insights across platforms, like social media ad management systems
- Support campaign wrap-ups, delivery reports, and recurring performance reporting tied to ads and brand partnerships.
- Produce benchmarks, trend analyses, and insights to support repeat revenue and future planning across paid media initiatives.
- Identify and proactively address data discrepancies, gaps, or reporting challenges across platforms and partners.
- Demonstrated experience building dashboards and automated reporting using BI tools such as Omni, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Requirements
- Develop a strong understanding of stakeholder objectives, KPIs, and partner nuances to provide tailored, actionable insights.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in data analytics, paid media, or equivalent consulting experience.
- Experience with Omni Analytics, especially with modeling
Nice to have
- Omni experience is preferred.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with retail/affiliate marketing a plus
- SQL or Python experience preferred
- AI engineering through context and prompt development a plus

Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this position is from $73,000-$85,000.

- In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
