About the role
- The Barback sets up and breaks down the bar area and all of its supplies, ensuring that the bar is fully stocked before and throughout service.
- The Barback also assists with running food and bussing tables.
- This position reports to the Senior Restaurant Manager.

- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the bar areas

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of wine, food and cooking methods
- Familiarity with hotel F&B standards and procedures
- Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes, customer flow, environments, and tasks
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time
