Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks in accordance with documented policies, procedures, SSOP's and work instructions
- Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing and inspection of all product-contact equipment, including mixers, tanks, fillers, conveyors and utensils using approved sanitation chemicals and according to established sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP's).
- Maintain accurate sanitation records to support BRC and regulatory compliance.

- Sanitation teammates also perform Master Sanitation activities through the plant.
Requirements
- Food manufacturing experience: 1 year ( Required )
- Ability to handle allergens including peanuts and treenuts
- Must be able to read or distinguish by color between cleaning agents
Nice to have
- 1 year ( Strongly preferred )
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Willingness to learn and take on tasks with quality and timeliness of work
- Highly organized, methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Self sufficient in looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of work
- Sanitation experience: 1 year ( Strongly preferred )
