Responsibilities

- Performs routine tasks in accordance with established procedures and exercises sound judgment in handling non-routine inquiries and service requests.

Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's: Accounting, Bachelor's: Business Administration, Bachelor's: Finance
- Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Salesforce preferred, but not required

- Bilingual written and verbal communication (Spanish/English)
- Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication
Compensation
- $45,000.00-$50,003.20

- Utilizes knowledge and experience to educate participants on their retirement accounts, plan features, and available options, while assisting with problem resolution and document processing.
