Responsibilities

- Support hiring for SDRs and GTM Associates across multiple regions
- Manage interview logistics across time zones, ensuring speed and precision
- Maintain clean, accurate data in Ashby
- Occasionally support initial candidate screens when needed
- You'll drive coordination, candidate experience, and recruiting operations, while working closely with the GTM Manager and Head of GTM to ensure a high-velocity, high-quality hiring process.
