Requirements
- At least five years of industry or academic experience in facilities operations and facilities safety
- At least five years of experience with hazardous gas supply and gas detection monitoring systems
- At least two years experience in production equipment installation and related construction
- At least two years experience in root cause analysis

- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least one year experience working with material suppliers, contractors, and equipment vendors
Nice to have
- At least five years experience in a semiconductor process and manufacturing environment with direct experience in facilities engineering role
- At least ten years of safety and facilities experience
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of SEMI organization standards: S Volume (e.g S1 to S15), E volume (e.g. E51, F13 and F14, F21, F22, F57 and F63)
- At least five years multi-disciplinary experience advance process equipment maintenance
- At least five years experience with thermal and plasma gas reaction chamber, and high vacuum systems
