About the role

You will be responsible for setting and executing the strategy to enable us to win in this industry.

Own the P&L for our Events & Hospitality industry vertical, allocating spend across levers to achieve company goals
Craft & execute on quarterly and yearly roadmaps to improve Hospitality performance in the long run, developing playbooks & product backlog
Collaborate with the data science team to forecast and manage WorkWhile's future labor needs, understand supply and demand, and help optimize models
Manage the worker acquisition and re-engagement funnels to increase worker supply in new and existing markets
Develop the metrics and dashboards to help balance the marketplace and measure success.
Support account management and sales as a strategic labor strategy partner, including writing decks, performing data analysis, and participating on customer calls
Ability to drive projects to completion who is excited to own both strategy & execution
You will own a P&L and work cross-functionally to deliver strong marketplace performance and economics.

3-4+ years experience in a strategic consulting, finance, or early stage startup role
Experience managing cross-functional projects & outcomes
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is a must
