Responsibilities
- Define a scalable global training curriculum for each procurement role in accordance with Magna L&D design principles and standards.
- Design and develop training content (ex. presentation material, participant material, facilitator guides, manager guides, job aids, etc.) following the ADDIE model, including a feedback process from SMEs and critical Stakeholders at important design milestones.
- Act as the central point of contact to manage the overall project and coordinate cross-group training activities.

- Introduction: This role is primarily accountable for the design of a global training program to support one Magna Procurement strategy and standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain Management and / or Procurement.
- Experience working in complex de-centralized or matrix, multinational organizations an asset.
- Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Skills
- Enjoy a "hands-on" approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to translate broad or complex concepts into simple, practical terms for all types of audiences.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Able to work through ambiguity and uncertainty to achieve objectives.
