About the role
- Job Description: Job Title: Sales Representative Internal Business Title: Mobility Specialist Location: Rowlett, TX.
- Start with an hourly rate and training stipend for your first 6 months up to $66,560.

Responsibilities
- Develop sales goals with store manager/general manager and action plan for the following 90 days
- Should be completely independent, make decisions that are of higher accountability based on cost/revenue basis, handle higher volume of sales, prospects and leads
- Self-manage performance and ensure monthly sales goals are met with 7+ van sales per month
Requirements
- You are an expert in sales and service in comparable industries.
- You take ownership of sales performance and have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and metrics while exploring new markets and revenue-generating opportunities.
- YOU ARE EMPATHETIC AND COMPASSIONATE.
- You are an excellent listener, and your #1 goal is to assess the customer's needs and make sure that they're taken care of.
- YOU ARE SELF-MOTIVATED.
Skills
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in automotive vehicle sales, business development or medical/health sales are required.
- Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required.
- Background or experience in the Automotive, Power Sports, or Equipment Dealership setting is a plus.
Compensation
- Base hourly rate, with variable compensation plan.

Company info
- Fully understands the financial side of the business, sales process and benefits of the company's products
- Has shadowed other sales reps to observe the sales process, customer assessment process, as well as individual sales styles
- Has begun familiarizing him/herself with company procedures, documentation and tasks in position
- Has developed his/her business, prospect sheets, ideas, create volume, handle volume
- Maintaining membership and regularly attending events in two or more clubs or organizations related to the physically challenged, such as the MS Society, ALS or Paralyzed Veterans
- Attending trade shows, expos, tournaments and other events that promote the company in the surrounding community
- Has met individual sales goals
