About the role
- Reporting to the Assistant Director or above, this position serves pre-venture, startup, and established small and medium-sized enterprises across the UNF SBDC's 18-county service region.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla.
- Statement(s) of Understanding This position requires a background check.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer assigned SBDC programs and initiatives in compliance with FSBDC, UNF, and funding partner requirements.
- Utilize SBDC client management systems (CRM), reporting platforms, and other business systems to support accurate data collection and reporting.
- Collaborate with university departments, FSBDC Network partners, and community stakeholders to support program goals.
Requirements
- Master's and 2+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Prepare required activity, performance, and outcome reports as prescribed by grantors and FSBDC leadership.
- During declared campus emergencies, the employee may be required to perform job-related duties from a designated off-campus location or place of residence.
Compensation
- $55,000.00 to Negotiable Annual
