About the role
- As our Senior Engineer, Dimensional Engineering and Metrology, you are the architect of Peloton's global measurement standards.
- This is a high-visibility role where you will bridge Hardware Engineering and Quality, driving long-term product quality and reliability through advanced statistical analysis and a "zero-error" philosophy.
- Define corporate standards for GD&T (ISO/ASME).
Responsibilities
- You will lead a world-class metrology lab and serve as the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GD&T, ensuring that our design intent translates perfectly into manufacturing reality.
- Own the Metrology Lab roadmap, including CapEx planning, managing operational infrastructure, and optimizing global measurement processes
- Partner with Supplier Quality and Hardware teams to integrate Design for Inspection (DFI) principles, validating functional gauges and fixtures before tooling kick-off
- Proven success managing "Design for Excellence" (DFX/DFI) and working closely with high-volume manufacturing partners in Asia

Compensation
- $139,900 - $171,850 USD
