About the role
- Our Orthodontic practice, located in Manhattan, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
- You will be responsible for overseeing New Patient examinations, Case Presentations, and Observation examinations in a warm and inviting manner.
- Track patient experience from the initial examination to the start of treatment as directed.
Compensation
- $28k-$35k

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dental treatment coordination or front desk In-depth knowledge of dental insurance policies and procedures Knowledge of managed care plans and insurance verification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with a dental EMR system Experience presenting treatment plans and explaining fees and payment options to patients or parents is a plus.
- Experience communicating with general dentists or dental specialists is a plus.
