  • Arcadis is seeking a self-motivated Bridge CADD Drafter to join our growing Bridge Engineering team Toronto West office in Ontario, Canada.

  • In this role, you will lead Drafting and Modeling efforts by developing detailed plans and models for bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other civil structures using MicroStation and AutoCAD.
  • Your work will support the preparation of clear, accurate, and constructible design documentation across a range of infrastructure projects.
  • You will also provide critical Engineering Support by carrying out bridge geometry checks and material quantity calculations.
  • This aspect of the role will call for strong technical judgment and close attention to detail to help ensure designs are efficient, practical, and aligned with project requirements.
  • Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will contribute to Clash Detection by coordinating with roadway, civil, and utility teams to identify and resolve design conflicts early in the process.
  • Your collaboration will help strengthen design integration and support the smooth advancement of projects from development through delivery.
  • You will also support Team Collaboration by serving as a technical resource, helping to streamline plan production and contribute to successful project delivery from preliminary design to final submission.
  • You'll do meaningful work, and no matter what role, you'll be helping to deliver sustainable solutions for a more prosperous planet.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation is required
