Responsibilities
- This role is ideal for a highly responsible and detail-oriented pharmacist who can provide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe and efficient medication services on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a satellite/solo pharmacist setting.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of specialty pharmacy accreditation process.
- Active Pharmacist license in Texas, in good standing.
- Eligible and willing to be designated as Pharmacist in Charge.
- Minimum 1 years of pharmacy experience in healthcare-management role in specialty pharmacy or infusion pharmacy is preferred.
- Proficient with pharmacy software systems (CareTend)
- Competent in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Work Environment & Location:
Nice to have
- PharmD preferred (BS Pharm considered).
