About the role
- In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining stable, secure, and scalable IT environments while serving as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure roles
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) and security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, or Security+ are a plus

Compensation
- $75,000 - $120,000 USD
