About the role
- DISHER is currently seeking a Hardware Engineer to play a central role on our cross-functional product development team.
- You will also have software and/or systems engineering fluency and will play an important role helping define and evolve DISHER's electronics strategy to best serve client needs.

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will bring your deep experience in electronic hardware design and early-stage product development, rapidly building functional prototypes, shaping technical direction, and influencing product strategy from concept through launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical hardware design or product development.
- Proven experience with schematic design, PCB layout, and hardware bring-up.
- Experience with lab validation, testing, and regulatory/pre-compliance processes.
- Ability to travel to customer sites is essential (mostly local in West Michigan but sometimes domestic).
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
