Responsibilities

  • Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring a high-quality and professional fan experience at every touchpoint.
  • Collect fan data and feedback through surveys and digital forms in support of marketing and business development efforts.
  • Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere at all activations to elevate the Brooklyn Nets brand.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute strategic grassroots campaigns.
  • Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment creates bold, authentic, and unforgettable experiences that redefine sports, entertainment, and hospitality, The Brooklyn Way.
  • Develop ourselves and those around us.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and game days, including playoff and special events.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in event marketing, street teams, brand ambassadorship, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Compensation

  • COMPENSATION: $20 / hour
