About the role
- This role may be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop and deploy data extraction procedures working collaboratively with partners
- Build and foster strong relationships with all levels of technical and non-technical staff at client institutions
- Access to milk shipping service to support nursing employees during business travel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years' experience extracting data from a variety of platforms, performing data mapping, data transformation, and loading data to the target system
- Experience managing multiple clients/projects/stakeholders simultaneously
- Proven ability to communicate ideas and obtain buy-in
- Basic working knowledge of cloud operations, especially in AWS
- 1+ years' experience extracting and transforming data using Python pandas
Nice to have
- Ensure barriers to timely completion of Data Integration Services projects are anticipated and overcome
- Work effectively with internal and external project managers to ensure timely delivery of implementation
- Proactively identify, recognize, and act on opportunities for improvement in order to advance business goals.
Compensation
- The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
- Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location.
- At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
