About the role
- The Server Assistant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area by clearing tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant meets high sanitation standards.
- This role plays a key part in providing efficient service to guests and contributing to a positive dining experience.
- Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
Requirements
- Refill water glasses and provide additional service support as required.
- Primarily an indoor environment with frequent standing and walking required throughout the shift.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to assist servers and provide excellent guest service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
