Responsibilities

  • The Senior Human Resources Manager will be expected to lead the alignment of organizational energy with the requirements for competitive success.
  • KEY PRIORITIES Leads the development of the Human Resources Strategic and Organizational Plan with an emphasis on long-term competitiveness.
  • Develops and implements human resource policies, programs, objectives and procedures.
  • Lead the implementation of a performance management system encompassing the development of job descriptions, goals, measurements, and performance-based compensation and reviews.
  • Manages and assists in the development and maintenance of training and development programs for all employees.
  • Direct and maintain activities and programs to promote and maintain a high level of employee morale.
  • Proven abilities to develop and implement all aspects of human resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement policies and programs to have a significant, measurable and positive impact on the business success of an organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related field required.

Compensation

  • $115,000 to $125,000 CAD Annually (plus bonus) Vacancy: Current Opening
  • Administers the salary administration program consistent with organizational policies covering salaries, performance management and related aspects.
