About the role

Seaport Entertainment is looking for a Server to be based in Sadie's.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, t he Server is responsible for taking orders, maintaining the dining room, serving beverages, and helping the guest make informed decisions.
In this role servers are expected to use their skills, knowledge, and personality to provide a dining experience that exceeds all expectations.

Deliver a high-quality food and beverage dining experience to all guests.
Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude.
Recommend menu offerings and provide daily specials when appropriate to create a quality guest experience.
Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service.
Maintain proper loss prevention standards including cash handling procedures, tip handling, cash deposits
Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need.

Personable demeanor, instinctive nature, and ability to deliver world-class hospitality.
Demonstrate ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks, ensuring prompt service to guests while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to guest needs.

2+ years Server experience in a fine dining, high volume setting.
Ability to think quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 - 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis).
Ability to stand for prolong periods of time.

The base pay range for this position is paid a minimum wage of $17 an hour and a tip credit is taken when applicable.
