Requirements
- What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
Nice to have
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production or imaging environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and technical workflows required to manage complex digital transformation projects.
- Proven ability in team leadership and organizational management, with a track record of meeting strict quality and outcome-focused deliverables.
- A High School Diploma (required), while a College Degree is preferred to support professional growth.
