About the role

Responsibilities
- The Manager leverages market research, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
- Lead a team in the design, development, and management of consumer banking products and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships to support product delivery and innovation.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and foster professional growth.

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
- OR equivalent experience (required)
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services or a comparable industry. (required)

- Defining the long-term vision and roadmap for products, aligning them with organizational goals, market trends, and customer demands.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of banking operations, financial principles, and market dynamics to make informed product decisions.
- Managing a suite of products by prioritizing investments, balancing risk and return, and aligning with strategic goals.
- Driving continuous improvement and introducing new ideas to enhance product offerings, customer value, and competitive advantage.
- Ensuring that product features, services, and enhancements are closely aligned with evolving customer expectations and behaviors.
- Streamlining processes, reducing waste, and improving workflows to enhance product delivery, scalability, and profitability.

Compensation
- for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
- This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $116,000.00 - $216,000.00 annually.
- Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
