About the role

The Institutional Custody team provides custody services to large global and domestic institutional clients.
UMB entered the Institutional Custody space after noticing a need for our services from existing and potential clients.
Our team is growing and looking for our next teammate!

You will lead and assist Client Service Administrators who oversee all activity pertinent to client accounts in order to provide The Unparalleled Customer Experience to our clients, working with internal operations and external vendors to meet client expectations.
Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios and may also validate executed test results.
Prepare and provide input into and execute user documentation and training material. Lead system testing, as applicable.

You have a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience
You have at least four (4) years prior experience in Custody, Trust, or Securities department
