About the role
- Arm & Hammer is seeking a Dairy Technical Service Manager to join our team.
- Remote: This role is performed on a remote basis.
- Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for providing technical support to the North America sales personnel, key influencers, and distributors.
- Serve as an Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition commercial and technical representative to manage the relationships with dairy producers and their network of influencers.
- Deliver technical support aligned to defined sales targets for accelerated growth in North America.
- Interface with AHAN Marketing, Sales, Product Management and, Innovation functions to ensure support activities align with respective functional group initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be able to travel up about 60%.

Skills
- Strong PC skills to include MS Office.
- PhD in Dairy Nutrition or a DVM with strong training/experience in dairy nutrition.
- Previous product development experience helpful.
