About the role

This is a category-defining product role, not an incremental one.
You will need to be as comfortable presenting to executives and boards as you are shaping the roadmap, and genuinely curious about where AI can take the product next.
Experience taking a data or insights product from raw capability to something customers rely on, whether that background is in product, consulting or strategy, wellbeing or people, or data-focused analytics

Comfort with ambiguity and privacy constraints, and the appetite to build a category as you go

We're well-capitalised, scaling fast, and actively building toward an AI-native organisation.

Hands-on experience with data visualisation and analytics tools such as SQL, Snowflake, or Thoughtspot is a plus, though not essential.
