Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and support of core and ancillary banking platforms.
- Design, manage, and support system integrations and interfaces (APIs, file-based, middleware).
- Utilize advanced SQL and Oracle queries for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and system troubleshooting Lead Agile delivery practices and solution discovery efforts.

Requirements
- Banking domain expertise including deposits, lending, payments, and digital banking required.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks; ITIL® 4 Foundation (or later) certification preferred.
Nice to have
- What You'll Bring Level I BA/BS degree in computer science, or equivalent demonstrated experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Fiserv DNA, Temenos, or FIS platforms preferred.
- Experience with APIs, interfaces, and software development life cycle best practices preferred.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks
- ITIL® 4 Foundation (or later) certification preferred.
