About the role

Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a great opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in Glendale, AZ.
In this position you will be delivering exceptional guest services to in-house guests.

Responsibilities

Maintain friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests
Maintain professional relationship with guests, clients, vendors and all staff.
This position may require involvement in special projects and initiatives as they arise. Candidates should be adaptable and open to taking on diverse tasks to support the company's evolving needs.
Ability to drive/transport self and others.
Manage differing personalities.

Requirements

Ability to work long hours as required.
Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.
As a Guest Services Attendant, you must be self-motivated, problem-solving in nature, and well organized.
Do you have hospitality and customer service experience?

Nice to have

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years operations, housekeeping and/or customer service experience in a similar field of work
Exceptional customer service skills
High emotional intelligence
Genuine desire to help others
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests
Bilingual a plus
