- Initiated within Royal Canin, this capability is scaling across Mars Snacking and Pet Nutrition to enable a unified, efficient, and data-driven finance organization for the future.
- Acting as both a strategic advisor and operator, you will guide complex global initiatives while ensuring the sustained success and continuous improvement of finance capabilities across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives from design through global deployment
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver business-critical outcomes
- Lead the Finance Digital Core COE, setting strategic direction and driving execution across global transformation programs
- Oversee the design, build, and global deployment of SAP S/4HANA and integrated finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business and finance strategy
- Partner with senior finance and business leaders to shape strategy, enable decision-making, and drive performance improvements
- Drive end-to-end process integration and continuous improvement across finance and related functions
- Lead cross-functional teams, system integrators, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions on time and within scope

Requirements
- Senior leadership experience with a track record of influencing executives and managing complex, global stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of finance systems and tools across areas such as tax, treasury, and reconciliation
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
