Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and hands-on nursing care while conducting client assessments, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Partner with clients, families, physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, person-centered care.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, staffing changes, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee medication management support, monitor client satisfaction, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities to continuously improve quality and service.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation, providing after-hours clinical guidance and leadership support to ensure continuity of care for clients and caregivers.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
