Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the proposal team, you will lead feasibility and strategy development to ensure optimal clinical trial delivery across countries, sites, and patient populations.
  • Deliver data-driven feasibility strategies to identify the right countries, sites, and patient populations
  • Lead risk-based feasibility analysis and recommend solutions to mitigate delivery challenges
  • Partner with Patient Recruitment Strategy and Site Alliance teams to create integrated strategies
  • Create compelling, high-quality proposal content that differentiates Parexel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support winning new business
  • Drive innovation in feasibility processes, data, and methodologies
  • This is a highly visible, strategic position where you will influence global clinical trial feasibility, collaborate cross-functionally and directly contribute to winning new business.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
  • Proven experience in clinical trial feasibility, project management, or clinical operations
  • Demonstratable expertise and experience in clinical trial feasibility assessments

Nice to have

  • Experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical or operational strategy preferred

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Advanced degree preferred (MSc, MBA, PhD, or equivalent)
