About the role
- We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic Events Producer tion Specialist to join our Institutional Events division.
- Our team is globally recognized for industry-leading events and coordinated VIP networking for Crypto and Finance audiences.
- You will strive to coordinate smooth processes between teams and across the event production lifecycle by partnering closely with CoinDesk Marketing, Procurement, and Production departments to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage and integrate data into company systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information across all platforms.
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth execution across production timelines, data integration, and communications efforts.
- Work closely with clients, CoinDesk marketing and audio/ visual departments to lead logistics on our sponsored webinar productions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in traditional finance in a client services or similar role with exposure to B2B/B2C event production for institutional clients/VIPs.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Google Suite tools
- MSWord/Google Docs, MSExcel/GoogleSheets, PowerPoint, etc.
- Prior experience interfacing with C-Suite/Executive-level clients, Corporate VIPs, and internal Senior Leadership stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Willingness to learn new systems and manage the department's use of marketing, sales and project management tools
- i.e Sailthru, Salesforce, Airtable and DocuSign.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits. Offered salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
