We're shaping the future of science communication and are looking for talented individuals to help bring this vision to life! 🚀 About the role BioRender is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing Finance team.
You'll play an important role in maintaining strong cash collection practices while contributing to system implementations and operational improvements across the business.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Toronto.

Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing across customer accounts.
Process customer payments, apply cash receipts, and manage electronic check deposits.
Partner with internal teams to support billing operations and respond to A/R-related requests.
Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and accounts receivable reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual work, and optimize systems.
In this role, you'll support high-volume billing and payment operations, manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, and help improve processes as we scale.
